I'm Michelle Singh, and I understand the unique challenges educators face when striving for

improved student achievement and engagement, often rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) issues. With a background as an award-winning educator, professor of teacher education, National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT), and parent, I am passionate about helping teachers implement the right tools and strategies to build quality relationships with their students and bridge cultural gaps in their classrooms.  

I've personally encountered and conquered these challenges, drawing from my experiences as an immigrant student, 20-year educator, mother of a black child, and researcher. In response, I founded LCT-E Learning Solutions™️ and developed the pioneering EQUAL Methodology™️ , which informs our DE&I work with educators, addressing racial disparities in policies, pedagogy, and practices. This approach brings vital awareness to DE&I issues, impacting all stakeholders in the education of our black and brown children, and encourages students to advocate for themselves and become allies.
