Presented by BankUnited as part of its annual National Women’s Small Business Month celebration, the event took place at the Small Business, Big Dreams Women in Business Summit on October 17, 2023, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida's Ritz Carlton hotel.
In a gathering brimming with industry leaders, women business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs, Michelle captivated the audience and judges alike, rising above 300 other applicants to win $5,000 for her groundbreaking educational initiative.

Notably, the organization empowered over 40,000 teachers globally and played a pivotal role in assisting some of the largest public school districts, including Miami-Dade County, during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
