MIAMI, FL – October 17, 2023 – Michelle Singh, a National Board Certified Teacher, best-selling author, and the visionary CEO of LCT-E Learning Solutions™️, has achieved another milestone by securing second place in the Small Business, Big Dreams pitch competition. Presented by BankUnited as part of its annual National Women’s Small Business Month celebration, the event took place at the Small Business, Big Dreams Women in Business Summit on October 17, 2023, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida's Ritz Carlton hotel. 

In a gathering brimming with industry leaders, women business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs, Michelle captivated the audience and judges alike, rising above 300 other applicants to win $5,000 for her groundbreaking educational initiative.

Previous Milestones

This recent accomplishment is another feather in the cap for Michelle and LCT-E Learning Solutions™️, which has secured victories in several other competitions, including the We360 Pitch Competition by the South Florida YWCA, the National YWCA's Level Up! Women's Empowerment Summit sponsored by Procter and Gamble, the Citi Bank Pitch Competition by the Urban League of Broward County, and the Victory Lap Pitch Competition sponsored by the Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust and presented by the Black Professionals Network. LCT-E Learning Solutions™️ achieved other milestones, such as gaining Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certifications. The organization boasts partnerships with Microsoft and other corporations. Notably, the organization empowered over 40,000 teachers globally and played a pivotal role in assisting some of the largest public school districts, including Miami-Dade County, during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
