Can we reschedule?
Yes! You may reschedule your training sessions 15 days prior to the start of your first training session. We will not be able to reschedule sessions less than 15 days prior to the start of your first training date.
What is the refund policy?
If you would like to cancel your session, you may request a 25% refund of your full payment at least 15 days before your first training date. Refunds will not be provided if the request falls after the 15-day mark. In this scenario, your fee minus the $250 cancellation fee, will be distributed at least 30 days before the start of your first training date. Please note that NO refunds will be granted for training session cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start of your first training date.
When is payment due?
Payment is due within _____ days of signing the contract. If payment is not received within 15 days prior to the first training session, the session will be canceled. Deposit?
Can you guarantee results?
Legally, I cannot and do not guarantee any specific or individualized results. Results are highly personal and based on the work the individual puts into the learning experience. I can, however, share my personal stories, personal practice, and personal beliefs along with research is what is at the heart of this professional development series. It is what teaching students with equity and excellence look like. I wholeheartedly believe in this work, and that is why the EQUAL methodology exists. If participants of the professional development series commit and fully participate in the lessons/content, activities, and implementation tasks, they will see for themselves.
