  • Lots of bonuses!!!!!!

Week 1

Our first session together will help you evaluate and qualify your teaching approach using SWOT analysis. You'll learn how to identify your teaching practices' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and develop a plan to improve them. Next, you will gain a deeper understanding of the impact of cultural responsiveness in the classroom and how to incorporate it into your daily teaching practices.

Week 2

In session two, after the Study Hall / Implementation Lab, you will learn how to effectively make differentiation doable and prioritize personalized learning in your classroom. As an educator, you know that each of your students has unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. Differentiation and personalized learning are key strategies to meet the diverse needs of every student and help them achieve their full potential.

Week 3

In our third session, we'll delve into service learning, a powerful approach that connects classroom learning with real-world issues and empowers students to make a positive impact in their communities. We'll also explore how to leverage a growth mindset in formative assessment to help students develop a positive attitude toward learning and embrace their mistakes as opportunities for growth.

Week 4

At the end of the academy and during session four, you'll graduate with a virtual celebration, the “Engagement & Achievement Soiree!” You'll walk away with a customized “Achievement & Engagement Implementation Plan” that you can implement immediately. You'll also have the option to reflect on your implementation and share your successes with the community.

BY THE END OF THIS SUMMER ACADEMY, YOU WILL:

By the end of our summer academy, you will walk away feeling inspired, excited, hopeful, and ready to start the school year. You will have the skills and knowledge to become a more effective and culturally responsive teacher, skilled in diversifying and integrating technology into your lessons and learning activities. And you will have an “Achievement & Engagement Implementation Plan” you can use immediately! With our decades of experience, expertise, and empathy, you have our support every step of the way.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

Enrolling in our academy will also get these awesome bonuses!

  • Pre-session Engagement: We know the importance of relationships, so we invite you to our “Connections Check-In” engagement. Join the cohort and the LCT-E Learning Solutions team for a fun and interactive hour. We aim to connect, learn about each other, and set some intentions for the academy. We want to tailor this academy to your unique needs and ensure that you get the most out of our academy, and this engagement will help.

  •  Private 1:1 Sustainability Call: We understand that things can change, and you may need additional support after completing our academy. That's why we offer a 1:1 call with Michelle Singh to help you sustain and apply the skills and techniques you learned in our academy. Plus, you'll have until the end of August to redeem this call, giving you even more flexibility.

  •  60-Days of Implementation Support: We recognize that traditional professional development lacks ongoing support after you leave the workshop. That is why we are proud to offer our Summer Academy graduates an additional layer of support after completing our academy. For 60 days, from August 1st to October 1st, we will meet weekly to share, celebrate, learn, and grow in implementing the practices learned.
